*Class fruit based on a set of characteristics (i.e. size, skin, flesh):
Jumbo- High in moisture. Largest, sweetest and juiciest grade
Large- Same quality as jumbo, only smaller in size
Extra Fancy- Mixed sizes of fruit. Minor skin imperfections such as some loose or broken skin
Fancy- Variable size with some loose or broken skins. Slightly drier than the jumbo or large
Choice- Drier and firmer than other grades. Skin not as attractive but the taste is still the same

VARIETY INFORMATION
Almond RollDate paste rolled in crushed almonds.
Coconut RollDate paste rolled in desiccated coconut.
MedjoolExceptionally large, containing a large amount of “fruit meat” and is extremely sweet. Each center of the date has an elongated pit, which is easy to remove.
