| VARIETY INFORMATION |
| Hass | Smallish with a pebbly skin which ripens to a purple/ black colour. It contains a small stone and has a dense, nutty, fibre free flesh. Keeps well. |

| Sharwill | Tends to be a smaller, oval‐pear shaped Avocado, with a shorter, fatter neck than many of its cousins. Average size fruit with rough green skin and small size seed. Has a rich, creamy and nutty flavour. |

| Shepard | Small‐medium size fruit, green thick skin with a pebbly surface. Pear shaped, with a less pronounced nose. The fruit has an excellent flavour with medium oil content and has a unique distinction being the only Avocado that does not turn brown when cut. |

| Wurtz | Pear‐shaped with thin green skin and a small seed. It has a good consistent flavour. |
