| VARIETY INFORMATION |
| Eureka | Medium‐small size; elliptical to oblong in shape and fruit has a short neck and medium nipple. Medium to thick green-yellow skin with a green‐yellow flesh. It has high juice and acid levels; seedless to five seeds per fruit. |

| Lisbon | Medium size; elliptical to oblong in shape with an inconspicuous neck and prominent nipple. Smoother yellow skin with a pale green‐yellow flesh. It is tender with high juice and acid levels. Seed content varies from seedless to a few per fruit. |

| Meyer | Considered a hybrid between a lemon and an orange. The fruit is yellow and rounder than a true lemon with a slight orange tint when ripe. It has a sweeter, less acidic flavor than the more common lemon (Lisbon or Eureka), and has a smoother and a fragrant edible skin. Popular for preserves. |
