| Beurre Bosc | Medium to large size dessert variety. Russeted brown skin and slender shape. Flesh is white with a sweet and juicy flavour, but a little grittier than other varieties. |

| Clapps | Medium to large, smooth, very uniform pear. Yellow‐green skin often with attractive pale red blush. Flavour is good, juicy, crisp and sweet. |

| Corella | Small, slightly squat and conical in shape. Red blushed skinned with a yellow background and pale yellow flesh. A very sweet and juicy pear with a rich, aromatic flavour. |

| Packham Triumph | Medium to large, slow‐ripening variety of pears with green skin that becomes light yellow when ripe. The flesh is creamy-white with a smooth texture and the taste is sweet and juicy. Great eaten fresh or used in cooking. |

| William Bartlett | Large size fruit with a smooth and attractive appearance. It is irregularly shaped and generally swollen on one side of the stem. Its speckled skin is golden yellow, with russet patches or sometimes tinged with red. The tender, juicy flesh is creamy white; and the flavour is sweet, but slightly musky. |
