| VARIETY INFORMATION |
| Fuyu | A late variety also known as fuyugaki. Medium‐large oblate fruit, faintly four‐sided. Skin is deep orange with a light orange flesh and sweet, mild flavour. |

| Suruga | Late ripening crunchy persimmon. Small deep orange fruit with a rich sweet maple syrup flavour. |

| Wase Fuyu | Earliest ripening variety. A glossy, plump fruit with a thin skin. It has a dry calyx which is lifted from the skin and surrounding a short stem. Round to slightly squat, often slightly pointed at the apex. |

| Ziro | A dwarf variety. Medium sized fruit, flat tomato‐shaped with a deep orange colour. |
