| VARIETY INFORMATION |
| Butternut | Pear-bulb shaped pumpkin with a slightly narrower neck. Yellow coloured skin that does not require peeling and a deep orange flesh that is dense, dry, and sweet tasting. It is a very versatile pumpkin and roasts beautifully. |

| Jarrahdale | Light blue-grey skin colour with a very rich deep orange flesh. It cuts easily and is mainly used for baking. |

| Kent | Also known as "Jap" pumpkin. Has ribbed, mottled grey-green and yellow skin. Flesh is a deep golden yellow with a very sweet taste; great mashed, roasted or steamed. |
